    Estradiol pill

For those of us experiencing symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness - the estradiol pill also eliminates symptoms in 80% of women. Oral estradiol can increase the risk of blood clots and stroke, and for this reason, the estradiol patch may be offered instead. A progesterone pill is included to balance the estradiol and protect the uterine lining - but not if you have had a hysterectomy. We offer several options—the best choice for you will depend on your personal medical history and where you are in your peri-to-post menopause journey. You can expect to notice relief from your symptoms within a few weeks.

    Estradiol vaginal cream

Vaginal estradiol cream is highly effective at treating the vaginal symptoms of menopause - including vaginal dryness, painful sex, and urinary problems - with 80%-90% of women experiencing relief. The vaginal estradiol cream is applied to the vagina and you can expect to notice relief from your symptoms within a few weeks.

    Non-hormonal treatment options

We offer non-hormonal treatment options that are proven to help eliminate hot flashes and night sweats.

    Upgrading, downgrading, and switching

Treatment adjustments are included in your plan - your provider will work one on one with you to find the appropriate dose. If you would like to switch to a different plan, please message your provider so that she can determine if you medically qualify to make the switch.
